INFORMATION for PRESENTERS


ORAL COMMUNICATIONS

The oral presenters are allowed 10 min for their talk and 5 min for discussion
The presentations should be in MS Power Point format. A PC equipped with MS PowerPoint for Data Projection will be available.

POSTERS

Posters will be displayed on walls throughout the meeting.
In addition, all posters will also be presented as
a short oral presentation in relevant sessions.
A maximum of two MS PowerPoint slides is allowed and presenters can speak for a maximum of 2.5 minutes. This will be followed by a 2.5 min discussion.
Times will be strictly adhered to and if you speak longer than the allowed time, you will be asked to stop!

The maximum poster size is 100 x 70 cm (h x w).
All posters should have their corresponding code consisting of the letter "P" and a two-digit number (f.ex P03) in an A5 sized area (140 x 210 mm; h x w) on the top left corner of your poster. The code font should be Arial bold (or equal) and the size 240 pt (about 6 cm).
Material to attach the posters will be provided.

Posters which have made the final short-listing for the poster prizes will be revisited by the Poster Jury on Saturday. Prizes will be announced at the Farewell Dinner.
